We collect only that information which is necessary to provide you with products and services, or as required by law.We collect information about you from the following sources:
- Membership and other applications for products and services;
- Companies we work with to provide you with products and services; and
- Consumer reporting agencies.

We may disclose all of the information we collect about you as permitted or required by law.The disclosure of this information typically includes processing transactions on your behalf, as you authorize, to provide you with a product or service, to conduct the operations of this credit union, and to protect the security of your and our financial records.
In order to provide you with certain products and services we may disclose all of the information we collect as described above to nonaffiliated organizations. These organizations provide products or services to you on our behalf or we jointly market these products and services to you.If we disclose your information to one of these organizations we protect your confidentiality by prohibiting these organizations from using your information for any purpose other than for which the information is disclosed.Under no circumstances are these organizations ever authorized by us to charge your accounts.
In the event that you are no longer a member of this credit union we will not share any information we have collected about you, except as permitted or authorized by law.
How We Protect Your Information
Under no circumstances do we provide any information we collect about you to telemarketers or other third parties that do not act on your behalf as a member of this credit union.
We maintain strict confidentiality of all information collected from consumers that perform transactions at ATMs we own or operate.We do not disclose or otherwise use such information, except to perform or complete the transaction authorized by the consumer, or as required by law.
We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to only those employees, members of our Board of Directors and committee members who have a specific business purpose for accessing and utilizing this information.Our employees, Board of Directors, and other committee members are required to maintain confidentiality and member privacy.We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards as part of a risk management system that complies with federal regulations to protect against anticipated threats or hazards to the security of your information and to protect against unauthorized access and use of that information.
If you discover inaccurate records related to any of your transactions with the credit union, or believe an unauthorized person has accessed your account or obtained an access number such as your ATM PIN, contact us immediately so that we may take appropriate action.
