Q: How can I apply for membership?
In Person: visit either of our Dearborn locations.
Q: What documentation do I need to open an account?
A: Valid driver’s license or state ID card issued by the US Government. Social security number must also be provided. Social security card is not required. Minors must also provide a valid birth certificate.
Q: Can I apply for a loan if I’m not a member?
A: Yes, you may apply for a loan prior to joining the credit union. We will help you open your membership when finalizing your loan.
Q: I received my MasterCard debit card in the mail. When will I receive my PIN?
A: For security purposes your debit card and PIN number are mailed separately. You should receive your PIN within 3 to 4 business days after receiving your card.
Q: How can I reset my PIN number?
A: You will have to contact the credit union to have a new PIN number mailed to you. It may take 7 to 10 business days to receive your new PIN.
Q: My debit card was lost or stolen. Now what?

Q: How do I view my e-Statements?
A: Login to MemberConnect home banking, select the “history” menu, then select “e-Statements.”
