How It Works?

  1. Download and open the MemberFocus Mobile app 
  2. Click on the icon with the dollar sign on the bottom right corner of your screen
  3. Select "Mobile Deposit"
  4. Review and Agree with the Important Message
    • You must endorse the back of your check properly
      • Sign the Check
      • Write: "For Mobile Deposit Only at MemberFocus Community CU"
  5. Select the account where you would like the funds to deposit and enter the amount of the check
  6. Click on the "CHECK FRONT" button to capture the front of the check
  7. Click on the "CHECK BACK" button to capture the back of the check
  8. Review your deposit and hit the "SUBMIT" button to deposit the check

Helpful Hints!

  • Make sure the image is clear
  • Make sure the check is signed and endorsed by writing " For Mobile Deposit Only at MemberFocus Community CU" 
  • Solid color background is best, when the taking the picture
  • If it doesn't go through the first time, don't be afraid to try again

How Do Members Qualify?

  • Must have a prime share account
  • Must be 18 years old or older
  • Account is in good standing
  • Direct Deposit every 30 days
  • Must have an open and active Online Banking profile
  • Valid email address on file
  • Active Master Money (Debit Card)/ ATM Card
